Trauma-focused Psychotherapy

Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration Psychotherapy
If you have used or plan to use psychedelic or plant medicines for self discovery, spiritual exploration, or to treat mood instability or to resolve trauma, I can assist with preparation for the experience and conduct integrative psychotherapy to process the experience.
Bariatric Counseling
I help clients who are preparing to have weight-loss surgery by helping them identify problem eating habits and learning new skills that will benefit them post surgery. Weight loss surgery is not a quick fix and does not change our ways of thinking or erase old habits. It simply provides you with a tool to help with weight loss. Counseling and coaching around changing life habits will prepare you for making full use of your new tool.
